HERE ÉRIC ROGER

Introducing the Poet Éric Roger

Éric Roger was born and raised in southwest Montreal, where he has lived ever since. He is the author of several poetry collections, including La pluie de la mort, his most recent work, published by Éditions TNT. In 2023, he curated a feature on underground poetry for Exit magazine. A longtime radio host, Éric is a master of the microphone and poetic performance. He directs, hosts, and ignites the famous monthly poetry-music nights, Solovox.

I see Éric as a dancer of words, juggling realities, sculpting a form of chaotic distortion in a descending order.
His laughter, seriousness, madness, crazyness, audacity, and vitality make him a true friend.
